Videomapping Vj Set
I crafted the visuals entirely in 3D to evoke the illusion of a three-dimensional space on a flat wall. The experience begins by gradually training the viewer’s mind to perceive depth, then progresses with a visual breakthrough that gives the impression of piercing through the surface.
As the performance continues, the illusion solidifies—convincing the audience that what they’re seeing is truly three-dimensional. All of this unfolds in sync with live music. During the live performance, the visuals were mixed with overlays and effects to create the illusion that the room I had built was melting and dissolving.
The entire piece was projected onto a 14-meter-wide wall, thoughtfully adapted to the architectural features, windows, and surrounding space to deliver the most immersive experience for the audience.
